The Cununa Ensemble's style is characterized by the enrichment of well-known and lesser-known traditional pieces through improvisation, elaborate arrangements, and a nod to other musical genres—in short, a surprising and refreshing musical spectacle.

The Cununa Ensemble consists of the following unique line-up of instrumentalists: Mariana Preda on pan flute and vocals ; Burak Savaş on Turkish lute, violin and vocals ; Dani Luca on cymbalom ; Gabriel Barbalau on double bass and cello ; Alper Kekeç on percussion .
